Re: Can a advocate practicing for 3-4 years is eligible for JMFC? JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Track Court. Any candidate who meets following two criteria can apply for exam: He/she should be law graduate. The percentage of marks of candidate must not be less than 55% marks. Upper age limit for open category candidates is 35 years. You can not apply for exam. |

Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university. 2. Minimum of 55% marks in LLB. You can not apply if you have less than 55% marks. Upper age limit is 35 years for open category candidates. |
