Upper age limit of a student to get admission into 1st standard in CBSE affiliated school is 7 years (as on 31st March in the same year) while lower age limit is 5 years. Since your daughter's DOB is 23rd Jan 2014, so on 31st March 2019, her age will be 5 years 2 months. Hence, she is eligible for getting admission into 1st standard. |
