Can you please let me know about the procedure of how I can get admission in Assam University for PhD(Anthropology)? I am interested in doing this PhD course. So, please help me to know about the admission procedure.

Admission procedure to study PhD(Anthropology) in Assam University is as follows.

Applicant can also get admission through entrance exam conducted by university followed by interview.

Applicant can get admission through UGC NET or CSIR exam.

Applicant must have minimum 55% score in master degree to get admission.

The admission procedure to study a PhD in Anthropology at Assam University is a candidate must have passed Master's degree/MPhil in the relevant field with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Admission selection will be on the basis of performance in CRET (Combined Research Entrance Test) followed by an interview which is conducted by the university.

Interested candidate can apply online through university website https://ausexamination.ac.in/ by clicking on 'Registration Login' option. First of all register yourself on the website and thereafter login with the details. Fill the application form with all the required details and upload the scanned copy of all the relevant documents. Pay the application fee online through Net banking/debit/credit card and submit the form.
