Is it beneficial to study PhD in Finance through correspondence?

I want to do research in Finance. For that I know that I have to do PhD. But I am working as a Professor in a private college. I have done my MPhil in Finance. I am thinking to do PhD in correspondence. But I am not sure that it will give me benefit or not. I want to know about this.

Yes, it will help you further. Phd holders get more job opportunities in better colleges. Today, Phd has become the basic criteria in some of the reputed colleges.

** Doctor of Philosophy in Finance is a doctorate level course.

** The duration of Doctor of Philosophy in Finance course is three years. ** For this course candidate should have passed Master degree from a recognized university. ** As per my knowledge, it is not beneficial to study PhD in Finance through correspondence. |

Surely it will be an added advantage for you. Most of the reputed colleges require only those professors who have a doctorate or Phd degree. So it will help you.
