Is it beneficial to study PhD in Social Work for MSc(Sociology) candidate?


Hello Sir, I am really confused about my career. I am a good student and scored more than 60% in all the field. I did 10th, 12th, BA in Sociology and doing MA in Sociology. I got 63% in Graduation. And I am doing well in MA My parents are telling me to do PhD course. But, I want to do job now after M.Sc so I want to know that doing PhD gives me any benefits if I do in Social Work?
