Best university to do Ph.D in distance mode from Karnataka or any other university of India?


I have completed Masters degree in Psychology from karnataka, University. I want to do Ph.D in Psychology through correspondence. Is there any university in India/Karnataka except Karnataka University which provide Ph.D in distance mode?
