Yes, Ofcourse candidates must have a post graduate degree with minimum 55%marks from a recognized university to study PhD Nursing.

You also have to appear in the entrance exam.

Duration of PhD Nursing is 3 years.

Yes, You can do PhD after MSc in Medical Laboratory Technician.

CSIR- UGC NET, GATE, SET etc.

After clearing any one of these exams you are eligible to apply for PhD course.

The minimum basic qualification required to study PhD in Nursing is a candidate must have passed post-graduation in MSc/MPhil in Nursing or equivalent discipline with a minimum score of 55% in aggregate from a recognized university. The candidates who have passed the Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from any institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council are also allowed to join with sufficient professional experience. Some of the reputed colleges conduct an entrance test for admission to this course.
