Hello sir, I am studying B.Sc in Life Science from Delhi University. After completion of it I want to study Master in Neuroscience and Ph.D. Can I study Masters in Neuroscience and then Ph.D in the same field

After completion of B.Sc in Life Science, you are not eligible for M.Sc and Ph.D course in Neurosciences.

Those candidates who have completed B.Sc in Neurosciences from a recognized University are eligible for M.Sc in Neurosciences. After completion of M.Sc in Neurosciences, you can apply for Ph.D course in Neurosciences. But your masters degree marks must be above 55%.
