Dear friends, can you please help me to know about the duration of PhD(Sanskrit) course, which is available in the Pondicherry University? Kindly tell me about the course duration so that I can apply for this course. Thank you!

Course duration of PhD (Sanskrit) in Pondicherry University are of 3 years.

Eligibility -
Candidate must have completed their Master’s degree in Sanskrit from a recognized University.
Candidate must have scored at least 55% aggregate in Master’s Degree.

Course duration of the PhD (Sanskrit) in Pondicherry University is given below:

Full time – minimum period of 3 years from the date of registration and 2 years for those with MPhil or equivalent qualification

Part time (internal and external) – minimum period of 3 years from the date of registration
