Dear Sir, can you please help me to know about the structure of PhD(Tourism Management) course, which is available in Banaras Hindu University? Kindly tell me about the course duration also so that I can apply for this course. Thank you!

The duration of program is 3 to 5 yrs , it aims at producing human resources with academic as well as Management acumen in aspects of tourism planning .
Those who have completed PG in relevant subject are eligible for the course.

Syllabus includes
Contemporary issues in Tourism Management
Tourism policy and planning
Tourism Research Methodology and statistics
Thesis planning and seminar
Plus one elective
Tourism project planning and programme management
Tourism marketing and Promotion
Tourism Research Thesis
Plus two elective.
