Sir I have cleared the NET JRF exam, now I want which documents should I send to CSIR in order to get the certificate.

List of documents:-

CSIR NET exam marksheet
CSIR NET admit card
Date of birth proof ( 10th class certificate )
MSc or integrated BS-MS, B.E./B.Tech
Proof of marks/ percentage of qualifying degree from respective University/ institution.
Cast certificate ( if applicable )
Physical Disability Certificate (if applicable).
