I am studying B.Tech in Agriculture Science and wanted to know eligibility to appear in ICAR ABM exam? How to prepare for ICAR ABM while studying in 3rd year?

I am happy to tell you that definitely you can apply for ICAR ABM examination after the completion of B.Tech in Agriculture, there is no problem in it.
Candidates those who have completed their Bachelors degree in the relevant field from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to appear in the ICAR examination.

To prepare for the entrance examination, the best method will be to take admission in any of the Coaching center which prepare candidates for the examination or if you want to prepare by your own, you must refer some last year papers of ICAR examination.
