Hi, I want to know about the eligibility criteria for getting admission in University of Calcutta for studying PhD in Bengali Language & Literature course. Please help me to know about the eligibility for getting admission immediately.

Eligibility to get Ph.D. (Bengali Language & Literature) admission to the University of Calcutta are as follows:-

1. Written test for eligible candidates who had not appeared in the exams such as NET/SET/M. Phil.

2. Relevant degree in MA.

3. After securing the required score in the Written Test followed by Research Proposal & an interview.

Eligibility to get PhD(Bengali Language & Literature) admission in University of Calcutta is as follows.

Applicant must have completed MA Bengali to be eligible for this course.

Admission can be done through written test followed by interview.
