You need to have a masters degree in same field with at least 55% marks from a recognized university first. This is the minimum qualification for admission in Ph.D in India. In case you belong to reserved category, you can avail relaxation of 5%.

Admission will be on merit, which will be decided on the basis of performance in the entrance exam and interview conducted by the concerned university. Hence, be prepared for it and apply, when there is a notification.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
