Eligibility to pursue PhD(Applied Statistics) for MSc(Statistics) student?


Hi everyone, I am studying MSc in Statistics. But I want to do PhD in the specialziation of Applied Statistics. So, I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for me to do PhD in this specialization. Waiting for your response!

The following are the eligibility criteria for doing PhD in applied statistics:

1.M.Stat./ M.A./ M.Sc. in Statistics or equivalent discipline, completed from a
recognized university.
2.A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the
level of post-graduation.
3.Mathematics and Statistics as the main subjects of study at the 10+2 level.
