Eligibility Criteria Required to pursue M.Phil in Jawaharlal Nehru University:
The minimum educational qualification required to pursue M.Phil course is "MIB or M.Com or MBA or MFC"..etc., from a recognized university. As you are done with Master of Commerce course, I am very sure that you can apply for M.Phil course at JNU. Sorry to inform you that you are not eligible for M.Phil course as because you don't have 55% marks in your masters degree.
Candidates having 55% marks in their masters degree from any UGC recognized university, are eligible for M.Phil in the relevant discipline. Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) conducts JNUEE (Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam) test for admission to eligible candidates into its various courses. Those candidates who have qualified UGC-NET/CSIR/JRF/GATE/etc. are exempted from JNUEE entrance test and they can take admission directly after qualifying an interview. |

I am very much sorry to say that you cannot opt for the M.Phil course in Accounts from Jawaharlal University as you are not eligible for the same.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree in Commerce from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to opt for the M.Phil course in the same at the above mentioned University. Since you have scored only 46% of marks in your Masters degree, you cannot apply for M.Phil course. |

JNU conducts entrance exam for admission for M.Phil admission and you need to appear for it for getting admission. The minimum criteria is 55% marks in the masters degree from a recognized university.
Selection will be on the basis of performance in the entrance exam and seats are allotted based in the merit list. |
