You need to have a masters degree in concerned discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognized university. There is relaxation of 5% marks for those who belong to reserved category.

Admission will be on the basis of performance in the written exam and interview conducted by the concerned university.

Admission to PhD is done on the basis of academic score and performance in the common entrance examination conducted annually by the university.

Candidates must possess at-least 55% marks in master's degree.

Candidates having passed NET/SLET/GATE - JRF are exempted from the entrance examination.

The candidate should have passed post graduate degree in relevant subject or equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Candidate should clear the common entrance exam conducted by the university for the course.

Duration of this course is 3 years .
