Dear friends, please help me to know about the eligibility criteria through which I can study PhD in Bengali program in Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute? I am interested to do PhD in this stream in this college. Please help me to know about this asap. Thank you!

The eligibility to study PhD in Bengali at Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute is a candidate must have passed a Master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum score of 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. There is no specific age limit to apply for this course and admission selection will be on the basis of performance in written test followed by an interview which is conducted by the institute.

Eligibility:-

Candidates must have a master's degree with minimum 50%marks are eligible for this course. Duration of this course is 3 years.

And also you have to appear in the entrance exam called GATE,NET and SET.

Admission to phD programme is based on marks obtained in entrance exam conducted by college.

Those candidates who have appeared in competitive exams like UGC NET/CSIR/ICAR will be exempted from entrance exam.

To be eligible for phD , candidate must have completed master's degree in relevant discipline or M.phil from a recognised institution.
