Hi everyone, I am a student of MPhil with Film Studies stream. After completing my MPhil with Horticulture, I want to do PhD in Film Studies. Can I know my eligibility to do PhD(Film Studies) in Jadavpur University?

** Ph.D. (Film Studies) or Doctor of Philosophy in Film Studies is a Doctorate Film Studies course and the duration of this course is three years.

** The required eligibility to study Ph.D. (Film Studies) at Jadavpur University is the applicants should have passed post graduation course in the respective field.

** The selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of entrance examination score and personal interview.

** My suggestion to you is that you should score good marks in the entrance to secure Ph.D. (Film Studies) admission in Jadavpur University
