Respected Sir, I just want to know that if I am going to take admission in Veer Kunwar Singh University for PhD(Mathematics) then what is the eligibility criteria for admission? Kindly let me know about the eligibility asap.

Candidates who want to take admission in PhD must have a post graduate degree in mathematics and its relevant relevant discipline with at least 55 % marks from a recognised University and must have passed the national level entrance examination or university level entrance examination.

There is no specific age limit to apply for this course. Admission selection is done on the basis of merit and Pre-PhD coursework and aptitude for Research Methodology. The candidates who have qualified CSIR/JRF/NET/UGC and GATE will be exempted from the Pre-PhD entrance test.

2- The selection of the candidates is based on the merit of the last qualifying exam and the Pre-Ph. D coursework.

The candidate should have completed a post graduation course in mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks from any recognized university. The candidate should have qualified any central level PhD entrance exam or should have qualified the entrance exam that is conducted by the university to get admission in this course in this university. The duration of the course is three years.
