The eligibility to study PhD Nanotechnology at Amity Institute of Nano-Technology is a candidate must have passed MSc in Physics/Chemistry/Bioscience/Nanoscience or MTech in Nanotechnology/Biotechnology/Materials/Instrumentation/Electronics/Food Technology/Biomedical Engineering with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. There is no specific age limit to apply for this course.
