I am an MVSc student who have done masters in veterinary Extension Education. this being a social science subject we are eligible to write UGC net in Adult education. Are we eligible to write SET exam in the related subject EDUCATION. PLease confirm me

The eligibility criteria for UGC NET and SET for MVSc students of Veterinary Extension Education is given below:-

Educational Qualification:-
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Veterinary Extension Education (MVSc) from a recognized university with at least 55% marks .

Age Limit:-
There is no upper age limit for UGC NET and SET. However, the upper age limit for reserved categories is 40 years.

Nationality:-
Candidates must be a citizen of India.

Candidates who are appearing for their Master's degree final examination are also eligible to appear for UGC NET and SET.

The UGC NET is conducted twice a year, in June and December. The application process for UGC NET is usually conducted online. The candidate must submit the application form along with the required documents, such as the Master's degree certificate, the mark sheets, and the proof of identity and address.
