I am a final year B.Tech Biotechnology student. Please give me some simple food related topics which would hardly take 1-1.5 month.

You should come up with your own ideas for project or research rather than just opting for any existing project or idea. This will help in the advancement of this field. You can take up any existing research paper and enhance it by removing its drawbacks or limitations thereby presenting your own research paper. Some of the topics to help you are :-
