How can I apply for NET and SET(Arabic) being an MA postgraduate of Pune University?

Hi everyone, I have completed my MA in Arabic from Pune University. I want to apply for NET and SET with Arabic. I am from Pune and I need to know that how I can apply for these eligibility test? Please help me in this regard.
