How can I get PhD(Gamma Ring) admission with scholarship in European countries being a University Lecturer and MSc Mathematics postgraduate?

I have completed MSc in Pure Mathematics from Rajshahi University, Rajshahi, Bangladesh and now serving as a Lecturer in the department of "Mathematics and Physics" at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University, Dinajpur, Bangladesh. I would like to get a PhD scholarship in European countries. I am interested to do my research on "Gamma Ring". Could you help me please?
