Hello sir, I have completed M.Com in Economics and CA Final. I am working in a financial company and want to do Ph.D in Economics from IGNOU. How can I do it? Is there any relaxation in papers for CA completed candidates?

To pursue PhD, a candidate needs a minimum of 55% marks in Master's degree for general candidate and for a candidate who is other than general like OBC/SC/ST minimum marks required is 50% in Master's degree. No there is no such relaxation for CA candidates. CA candidates are eligible to do Ph.D only when they have minimum marks requirement in their chosen subject.
