For Ph.D admission in the given subject, you need a masters degree in that subject with at least 55% marks from a recognized university or institute. There is relaxation of 5% marks for candidates who belong to reserved category.

Hence, you are not eligible for admission based on B.Sc degree. You need at least a M.Sc degree in statistics with at least 55% marks.

In order to pursue Ph.D course in Statistics, you must have to gain a Masters degree in the same.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree in Statistics from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to opt for the Ph.D course in the same.
So, complete your Masters degree with 55% of marks to opt for the Ph.D course in it.

Let me tell you that it is not possible for you to pursue PhD in statics. As per the minimum eligibility criteria, a candidate must have completed Masters course in any discipline from recognised University with minimum 50% marks in order to pursue PhD in whatever field here she wants to. But make sure that the field in which you have completed your masters course you can persue PhD in that same field.

For PhD, aspirants must have completed Masters course in statics. One who has completed bachelor course in statics is not eligible to pursue PhD as per the rules. It is advised to you to pursue your MSc course in statics then only you can pursue PHD. Some universities conduct entrance exam to join this course but there are very few which doesn't conduct any entrance exam. Minimum time period in which you can complete this course is 2 years and maximum is 5 years.

Sorry to inform you that you are not eligible for PhD program now as you haven't completed master's degree and in order to pursue PhD program it is necessary for a candidate to have completed master's degree with a least 55% marks in respective field from a recognized university.
The minimum time required to pursue PhD course is 2 years after completion of master's degree. So you need to first complete master's degree in respective field and then go for PhD course. Also you can go for integrated Phd just after completion of B.Sc, it will take minimum duration of 4 to 5 years.
