Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) is a three year Doctoral level program. After completing a PhD in Medical Microbiology, applicant must submit their own thesis on various topics related to Medical Microbiology.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Master degree holders in Microbiology (or) related streams with a minimum of 55% marks can apply for PhD in Medical Microbiology and Upto 5% relaxation will be given to the candidates who are belonging to reserved category.

Admission to PhD, Medical Microbiology course are usually made on the basis of NET/SLET score. Some reputed Universities conduct their own entrance test and interview for admission process.
