To make a career in Dental Research, A masters degree program is typically for 1-2 years (depending on the university) and it involves taking graduate level courses in oral health research and the completion of a small research project pertaining to the field of study is required.
You will easily earn somewhere around 8 to 10 lacs per year in this field. |

Candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate of reserved category and 40% for reserved category from a recognised board.
Must have a valid NEET UG score. Candidates should be at least of 17 years of age to appear in the NEET UG exam and the upper age limit for the same is 25 years. |

Most dental researchers have completed a PhD. A PhD is a special type of university qualification that involves carrying out your own research project and writing a thesis on top of completing a Bachelor's Degree. You can still be a dentist without completing a PhD.
