Courses offered in the Gopabandhu Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya are given below:

BAMS – 30 seats

MD/MS (Ayurveda) – 13 seats

PhD – 6 seats (Kayachikitsa, Shalya Tantra, Prasuti Tantra & Stree Roga and Rasashastra & Bhaisajya Kalpana)
