How should I find out if my Ph.D is recognized by UGC? Is there any procedure which I can follow for the same? Can someone please provide me the complete information on this as soon as possible? Looking forward to get the answer soon!

If you are doing your Ph.D from a UGC recognized university then you can be assured for your Ph.D degree. You must make sure that you have got admission in a University which is recognized by UGC.

You can look up to to UGC official website for various universities which are blacklisted or not approved. This is the only way you can find out that you have a Ph.D qualification approved by UGC.
