Are MPhil people exempted from course work, also is the entrance paper objective or subjective

Yes. M.Phil people exempted from course work in Ph.D course.

Total duration for Ph.D course is 5 years. One years is included for course work for Ph.D course. M.Phil degree holder can do the Ph.D work in 4 years.
