PhD in microbiology can be done from ferign after C Grade in M.Sc?


I have C grade in Masters 4.25/7 and I have four research papers. Can I apply for phD in foreign countries

The eligibility for PhD in Microbiology course:-

The students must have a minimum aggregate of 55% in their postgraduate course from a recognized university.

Additionally, they must enrol in the required entrance exams.

There is no age limit for admission to the course.
