Possibility to study PhD(Mathematics) without appearing any entrance exam for MSc student?


Hello everyone, I am studying in MSc with Mathematics stream from Kashmir University. I want to do PhD in same specialization but without any entrance exam. So, I would like to know that is it possible or not?

The candidate interested to pursue PhD in mathematics must have to appear in the entrance test because admission is done on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in the entrance test and personal interview.

UGC NET for JRF
