** Doctor of Philosophy in Law is a doctorate level course and the duration of Doctor of Philosophy in Law course is 2 years.

** The required eligibility to get admission in Doctor of Philosophy in Law is that the candidate should have passed Master of Law course from a recognized university.

** The admission of the candidate will be done on the basis of entrance examination and interview which is conducted by the institute.

** Also, as per my suggestion, you should score at least 60% marks in your master of law course to apply for Ph.D. (Law) in Indian Law Institute-Delhi.
