Is Shiats B.Sc Agriculture course recognized by ICAR?


Hello Sir, Can I do M.Sc from any ICAR institutions after completion of B.Sc Hons in Agriculture or Horticulture from SHIATS? Is Shiats B.Sc Agriculture course recognized by ICAR?

SHIATS stands for Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Science. This has been approved by government as well as University Grant Commission. So without any problem you can take admission in ICAR. There will be entrance exam so you need to prepare yourself for that.

I am happy to say you that definitely you can do M.Sc from any of the ICAR after completing B.Sc Hons in Agriculture from SHIATS.
SHIATS stands for Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture Technology and Science and this is approved by the Government and also approved by United Grant Commission.

I have completed my bsc agriculture from a college not having ICAR accreditation, so can I get admission in SHUIATS for my MSc in agriculture
