As far as my best knowledge is concerned, there are no such separate books required in order to prepare for Osmania University PhD in Education Eligibility Test. Hence, I suggest you to follow the books that are recommended for UGC NET or CBSE UGC NET Examination.
Some of the recommended books for PhD in Education are, >> UGC NET/ SET Education Paper II and III by Charu Sethi Pooja Rani  >> CBSE UGC NET / SET: Education Examination Guide by M.S Ansari
