Which subjects to be chosen in Ph.D being a M.A in Economics, B.Ed and M.Ed?


Sir I am MA economic and B.Ed and presently in med, please guide me which subject I can do phd? Hi sir please let me as soon as possible. I am looking for a quick response from your side.

You have completed M.A in Economics so you can apply for Ph.D course in Economics but you should qualify in UGC NET exam.

The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam.

There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.

I have complete B.Sc in pure science( maths, hoy, chem) then B.Ed from c.u. and now m doing M.Ed...Am I eligible for appearing NET exam?
