I have done M.Tech (laser & electro-opticals engineering), at college of engineering, Anna University, Chennai. now working as researcher in king saud university, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I have full flighted research experience for 5 years. my H-index is 3, ISI|pubs are 10. 70% of my thesis is completed. have 5 more publications in which i can include my guide(who ever willing to register and guide me)

But to get a Ph.D i found difficulties
1. The scholarship, i get here is not sufficient to register myself as a NRI Ph.D.
2. my research work is on conjugated polymer lasers (physics oriented) but my Master degree was from Engineering, so university like barathiyar university (arts and science university) are not admitting me.
3. here in Saudi Arabia i cant register bcoz of few administrative reasons.

I need
1. good guide in laser or polymer related fields.
2. exception from course work.
3. simple i register my Ph.d wait 24 months and continue my research and joint publications with my guide, submit the thesis and win the Ph.D

Can any one advise for my future.
