Is there any provision for physiotherapist to undergo CSIR NET exam for JRF?


I am graduate in physiotherapy from Govt. Medical College, Nagpur and want to pursue my further career in research in biology and Medicine.
Am I eligible for CSIR NET exam for junior research fellowship to apply my CSIR score in research laboratories? Any provision for physiotherapist to undergo CSIR NET exam for JRF?

UGC do not conduct NET exam in physiotherapy. However, it provides fellowship if a candidate clears the net exam in any of the allied subjects. ... Many students, of late, have cleared the NET exam in physical education and have obtained JRF to pursue PhD in physiotherapy.
