You can't get admission in any college without any entrance exam. So if you have qualify in UGC NET, CSIR NET or University entrance exam then you are eligible for Ph.D in Pharmacy.

If you don't want to appear for any entrance exam for admission in PH.D then you should qualify exams like NET/GPAT/JRF. Any one of these scores will give you exemption from entrance exam. There will be just interview stage for you.

If you don't have any of these scores then you have to appear for entrance exam. Most of the universities conduct their own entrance exam for admission in PH.D programme.

Sorry it is not possible for you to get admission without entrance exam. You need to qualify in the entrance exam either conducted by the university or UGC NET entrance exam.
