You need advanced degrees like an M. Pharm. or a Ph. D. to work as a lecturer at a top university. Also, it will assist you in upgrading your degree as well as your skills.
Candidates must have completed a B. ED course in order to join the teaching profession as a school teacher. Those who want to work as assistant professors at colleges must pass the UGC NET exam. |
