Any course in Full Time is better than Part Time. Having said that, the PhDs are not only done by the young students (20 years and 30 years) it is also done by the teachers and others, who are also working and in the age group of over 40 plus also. So it is not possible for the mid aged person to do PhD in Full Time, so they can opt for Part Time PhD. If you are young and in the late twenties or early thirties then you can do PhD in Full Time or if you are working then you can do it in Part Time mode.
