Please give me syllabus for CSIR NET (Statistics) or please confirm whether the syllabus for CSIR NET Statistics and Mathematics is same?

The first thing I would like to let you know is that CSIR NET is held in the following papers only:-

1. Chemical Sciences

2. Earth Sciences

3. Life Sciences

4. Mathematical Sciences

5. Physical Science

There is no separate examination paper for Mathematics or Statistics to opt in CSIR NET and hence you can opt for any one of these papers for appearing in CSIR NET.
