Hi everyone, I want to get admission in Calcutta Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology and Allied Health Sciences for the course of MPharm(Biotechnology). Please tell me what is the procedure for admission of this course in this institute? Please tell me asap.

The admission to Master of Pharmacy(Biotechnology) in Calcutta Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology and Allied Health Sciences is through Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test or Post Graduate Entrance Test conducted by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), formerly West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT).

The minimum eligibility required to apply for Master of Pharmacy(Biotechnology) in Calcutta Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology and Allied Health Sciences is Bachelor of Pharmacy from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks.

The admission procedure to study MPharm in Biotechnology at Calcutta Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology and Allied Health Sciences is a candidate must have passed BPharm in the relevant field with a minimum score of 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Admission selection is based on the score obtained in GPAT/PGET entrance examination.

Interested candidates can apply through the GPAT/PGET website that is www.ntagpat.nic.in and www.wbut.ac.in. Qualified candidates will then be called for the counseling and interview process. The candidate need to carry all the relevant documents for verification at the time of counseling and need to follow the admission procedure of the institutions that will be allotted to you on the basis of GPAT/PGET scores.
