Yes, you can very much do MDS(Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics) after completing BDS course. Candidates who have a BDS degree with permanent registration from concerned State Dental Council are eligible to study MDS(Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics). Candidates can get admission in MDS(Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics) through rank obtained in the NEET-MDS entrance test conducted by NBE. Duration of MDS(Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics) is 3 years.
