You have an outside chance of getting admission with such a score under MBC quota. The cut off varies every year and there is doubt regarding your score.

Sometimes, cut off remains low due to some reasons. You might be lucky, if you get admission with such a course at a top college.

MBC means Most Backward Classes.
No doubt definitely you gain reservation out of this MBC reservation but i cannot say whether you can get a seat in top college or not because you secured very low score of 28.5
If possible give another attempt or else wait for entire admission process then only you can come to know about it. But as far as am concerned am sorry to say you that you will not be getting the seat in top colleges.
