I have done MA first year in 2013 and 2nd year in 2014 and reappeared in a paper which wasn't cleared, but now I want to do M.A. 2nd year. Can I do that? Is that possible for me?

No, you can't reappear in M.A 2nd year after 4 years gap. To be eligible to continue your M.A 2nd year, you should have not completed the maximum duration of the course from the date of admission. For every course, there will be minimum and maximum duration of the course. You have to pursue the course with minimum duration or within maximum duration to be eligible to get degree certificate. Since, you have 4 years of gap after completion of your M.A second year, you are not eligible to reappear in M.A second year.

According to my knowledge it is possible to join same session which was left previously only within 3 years gap.
But after a long gap of 5 years you can pursue from starting. Registration number should be same but you have to join new session.

The maximum duration to complete an MA program is around 5 years only. For exact information on this, you need to approach your college or university. If it is not possible, then you can join an MA course again and complete it. You can complete the course in two years time. You can also study the MA course in distance education. There are various universities in India offering the MA course in regular and distance mode.

There is a maximum duration of 5 years provided for the MA degree course.
Since, you have a gap of 4 years, it is difficult to provide you with the exact details on it. You must have to contact to the respective University from where you have pursued the said course. If they allow to re appear in the 2nd year, then you can definitely go for it. Otherwise, there is no such provision of it.
You can also apply for the MA course through distance mode of Education from the beginning of the course.

I startED my b.sc. Session 2011-14 from KUK university, Haryana and some reasons I, re-appears in some exams and now in year 2019 I wants to clear my pending exam, is it possible or not? please give me answer very soon, it is very important for me.
