Hello friends, I have completed my Graduation. I did BCom(Financial Accounting) now I am planning to join Diploma in Banking Management. I also want to get admission in MCom(Financial Accounting). So, I would like to know that I can do MCom(Financial Accounting) and Diploma in Banking Management together?

Yes, you can. Most of the diploma courses have classes for a few hours only. So, you can do diploma which has evening classes or through correspondence. It will not be much difficult as they have same kind of syllabus.
