I would be clearing first year of M.Com by this year, would like to pursue by final year of M.Com, along with PGDFM, can it be possible? Please tell me asap.

It is not possible to study Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management with B.Com and without experience.

The eligibility for the PGDFM is a graduation in any discipline with 50% marks
and 3 years working experience in IGNOU and many other universities.

So you have to finish the M.Com and then work for 2 or 3 years and apply for the course.
